In Korean, OMA means "mother". The spirit of our Chef Ji-Hye Park's cuisine is expressed in this choice of name.
"I take my inspiration from the memories of cuisine in my childhood.
My goal is to share my love for taste, through simple and generous dishes. For me, cooking is about loving life, knowing how to give and receive."
Ji-Hye Park's cuisine is elegant, balanced and rich with flavors. Among her signature dishes, the Mulhué (raw fish, glazed broth, vegetables) or the Pork belly in 3 steps, honey cream, thyme, onion and mustard, braised sucrine with gochujang.

- Lunch : 12:00pm to 3:00pm
- Dinner : 7:00pm to 10:30pm
